 From Fort William take the minor road to Glen Nevis. Go past all the houses, the visitor centre, camp site etc at the start of the glen. Continue on up the glen and shortly after you pass over a cattle grid the road gradually increases in height and moves further away from the River Nevis. After that the road has some bends, there are trees on both sides of the road, and it reaches it's highest point. |
| Just after this there is car parking space on the left of the road. From here you will see two large distinctive mounds on the left of the road. Either park here or further down the road at the mounds where there is a small track which has space to park a car or two. |
