 Several scenes of Breaking the Waves were filmed at Neist Point on the isle of Skye. Neist Point is the most westerly place on Skye and has fine views over The Minch to the Outer Hebrides. The graveyard was built for the movie. It was left in situ after filming and is, I believe, still there. Neist Point Lighthouse and cottages are currently for sale if you have the odd £395,000 pounds going spare. |
